Skill Development with an eye on employment is the need of the hour and Diyaa is a widely known NGO working for Skill Development in India. There is a growing awareness that having an educational degree, does not always help in getting a job commensurate with one’s qualification. However, a minimum qualification of Class X combined with some vocational skill leads to employment opportunities. We strive to expand the earning capability of the marginalized sections of society, thus bringing them into the mainstream, by teaching vocational skills. Diyaa has set up its Academic and Computer training centres in Khatima (Uttarakhand), Bharat Nagar (New Delhi) and Deoband (UP). Diyaa has more than 1000 beneficiaries in last 10 years since its establishment in year 2009.
