Join us in our mission in transforming India through volunteering. Diyaa offers a diverse range of volunteering opportunities in causes like Skill Development, Education, Women-Empowerment, Art & Culture etc. We encourage and invite volunteers to be an active part of our organization and share the same vision and purpose as us – to work for the welfare people in need. Volunteers are the backbone of every organization – they not only carry the organization’s ideals within them, but also spread the message far and beyond, sensitizing the society towards the cause.

• Schools

We organize activities in schools for students with a vision to inculcate in them feelings of empathy and conscience so that they grow up as responsible individuals. We visit various schools and conducts engaging sessions for the young minds. It sensitizes children towards various causes and let them realize their privileged status.

Diyaa currently reaches out to nearly 1 lac privileged children in 185 schools spread across the various districts of India, every year. In addition, their parents and teachers are also involved in the process. The programme has today reached out to each part of India.

• Corporate Partnership

Real and long-lasting change can only be ushered in when all of us come together to make it possible. Inclination towards social responsibility and contribution to sustainable development is fast becoming the mark of distinction for leading corporate and top brands. Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuous commitment of a corporate body to improve community wellbeing through discretionary business practices and ethical contributions of corporate resources.

CSR initiatives facilitate corporate to build a dominant brand that reverberate with their key stakeholders, customers, employees, government and general public.

Careers at Diyaa are suitable for dynamic people looking to grow as leaders. Remuneration is on par with the best in the sector. Prior volunteering experience with Diyaa preferred, but careers are open to all.
